Sporty performance, a high-tech interior, and electrified efficiency make the 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E the perfect choice for a family runaround or fun commuter. We look at the four trim levels of this four-door SUV, each offering something unique to Detroit drivers.

1. Select

The impressive performance of the Mach-E comes from its drivetrain, which, in the Select, is a rear-mounted electric motor and a 72 kWh battery, giving you an EPA-estimated range of 250 miles. Generating 264 horsepower and 387 pound-feet of torque, this base trim delivers quick acceleration, speeding from 0 to 60 in just 5.6 seconds.

Inside, the refined interior is a treat for tech-savvy drivers. A huge 15.5-inch LCD swipeable touchscreen with built-in navigation is mounted at the front. Occupants can all enjoy their favorite music through the six-speaker audio setup and keep their devices charged using the wireless charging pad. Ford’s Co-Pilot360 is equipped as standard, giving you a full suite of driver-assist functions and technologies, including a 360-degree camera.

2. Premium

Building on the Select, the Premium receives more desirable features. A power liftgate gives you easier trunk access, while a memory function lets you save your seat and mirror preferences. Drivers can adjust the mood inside the cabin with ambient lighting, and heated front seats bring welcomed warmth in colder months. A sound upgrade sees the installation of a Bang & Olufsen 10-speaker audio system.

3. GT

The GT introduces four-wheel drive to the Mach-E by gaining an additional motor to produce 480 horsepower, bringing the 0-60 time down to a pulse-racing 3.8 seconds. An extended-range 91 kWh battery is also fitted as standard, upping the range to 280 miles. Perforated ActiveX now lines the interior for a more luxurious feel, and performance seats increase the comfort level for front passengers.

4. Rally

As the name suggests, the Rally is inspired by Rallycross, both in looks and performance. Dark carbonized gray exterior accents complement the Oxford white 19-inch wheels and the redesigned rear spoiler, while the Oxford white steering wheel and trimming give the interior a sporty makeover. However, it’s the bold racing stripes on the hood and decklid that truly set the Rally apart from the rest of the lineup.

If you love adventure, you’ll love this top trim, as it’s off-road prepared with a front recovery hook and an underbody protective shield. For improved handling, this Mustang receives a RallySport driving mode for more aggressive damping.

Ford strikes the perfect balance between style, practicality, and sporty electrified performance with the new Mustang Mach-E. If you’re ready to take the plunge and go all-electric, contact us or head to Bob Maxey Ford (Detroit) in Detroit, MI today, and check out this electrified icon for yourself.
