Service and Collision Procedures

Our doors are open to the public. Walk ins are welcome but appointments by phone are recommended to ensure prompt service. Upon transfer, we will sanitize your vehicle with Ford approved disinfectant and wipe down all the major touch points. After repairs are completed, your vehicle will be returned to you after undergoing the same sanitizing process. If possible we will try to accommodate loaner requests as we are not currently offering shuttle service nor are customers permitted to wait inside the building.

New and Pre-Owned Sales

Our showroom doors are open to the public. Walk ins are welcome but appointments are recommended to ensure prompt service. Upon entering the showroom, please observe appropriate social distancing of at least 6ft.

Additionally, all customers must have on a mask to enter the Dealership.

We have installed shields at Consultants desk to increase everyone's safety.

Online Vehicle Sales

While our showrooms doors are open, we can also complete your purchase or lease online.

• High touch spots are disinfected several times during the day.
• Offices, Showroom and Service is professionally cleaned, disinfected and the Facilities are fogged each evening with CDC approved disinfectant.
