The 2025 Ford Super Duty is available in five trims: the XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum. The XL trim emphasizes practicality with black bumpers, a black grille, and halogen headlamps. The XLT enhances the exterior with chrome bumpers and grille accents, as well as heated side mirrors. The Lariat trim includes LED lighting, body-color bumpers, and chrome exterior details for a more refined look. The King Ranch stands out with a stone-gray grille, two-tone paint options, and exclusive King Ranch badging. The Platinum trim tops the lineup with satin chrome grille accents, polished aluminum wheels, and power-deployable running boards. The 2025 Ford Super Duty offers four engine options, all paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The base 6.8L V-8 gas engine, standard on XL models, produces 405 horsepower at 5,000 rpm and 445 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. The 7.3L V-8 gas engine, standard on XLT and higher trims, delivers 430 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 485 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. For maximum power, two diesel options are available: The 6.7L Power Stroke V-8 generates 475 horsepower at 2,600 rpm and 1,050 lb-ft of torque at 1,600 rpm. The High Output version increases output to 500 horsepower at 2,600 rpm and 1,200 lb-ft of torque at 1,600 rpm. Both diesel engines are available across all trim levels.

The F-250, F-350, and F-450 models excel in performance, with the F-450 achieving maximum towing capabilities of up to 40,000 pounds using a gooseneck hitch. The F-350 boasts a payload capacity of 8,000 pounds, which is ideal for heavy-duty tasks, while the F-250 offers a balance of power and efficiency with its 7.3L V-8 engine. The Power Stroke diesel engines enhance acceleration, with the high-output version allowing the Super Duty to reach 60 mph in 5.5 seconds. Available drive modes, including Normal, Tow/Haul, and Eco, adapt performance to suit varying driving conditions.

The XL trim includes an 8-inch infotainment display, while XLT and higher trims feature a larger 12-inch touch screen. Available Max Recline seats fold nearly flat for comfortable rest during work breaks. The Interior Work Surface creates a mobile office setup for laptops and documents.
