Trim Levels (Exterior)
With the 2021 Ranger, you can choose XL, XLT, or Lariat trim levels. Three cab sizes are available as well: SuperCrew, SuperCab, and Tremor Package SuperCrew. You can also select a 5- or 6-foot bed. The truck's black grille has a metallic crossbar with the Ford Blue Oval in the middle. You'll also get a sculpted hood, automatic halogen headlights, a cargo lamp, and four cargo tie-down hooks. Manually-folding side mirrors with blind spot mirrors, tow hooks, and 16-inch wheels are standard as well.

Engine (Power)
The turbocharged, four-cylinder, 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine provides 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque. It's connected to a 10-speed automatic transmission, and automatic stop-and-start technology shuts your engine off when you come to a stop, conserving fuel by reducing idling. Accessories like the air conditioner stay on, and the motor restarts automatically when you use the accelerator.
Performance
The 2021 Ranger can pull up to 7,500 pounds and carry up to 1,860 pounds. It has excellent acceleration, responsive power steering, and an independent suspension. It can travel 21 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway. With the Terrain Management System, you can choose from Grass/Gravel/Snow, Mud/Ruts, Normal, and Sand driving modes.
